The Next Asana

Above is the jacket (front and back) of my new book. That line sounds unbelievable, awesome, and so so good. It’s been something I’ve been working on, (the book), for a long time.

The book is about my journey with MS, ashtanga yoga, and an homage to my teachers. It’s weird to write a book about myself and my experiences and think why would people be interested in reading about me. I think about it this way; it’s about discovery and what is possible. In a way it’s universal – we all have obstacles and this book informs about how I discovered ashtanga and evolved with mine.

My book, The Next Asana, is currently available at  Chapters/Indigo and Amazon.ca in Canada,  Barns and Noble,  Amazon.com in the USA. Amazon worldwide and other booksellers throughout the world.

Listen to my discussion about my book with one of my first teachers at Finding Harmony’s podcast here.

I, obviously, think that this book is a worthwhile purchase – I’d buy it, and I did – best feeling ever.

Thank you,

David

  1. The heartbreak was real when your plans for teaching in April 2020 were spoiled.
But if that heartbreak contributed at all to the gestation of The Next Asana, I think your teachings may have reached even farther than that class might have.
The Next Asana is an experience that I now feel I have shared in and learned from.
The Next Asana is a beautiful achievement.
