A quarter past six
And I’m on my mat
It’s easy for me
I was trained like that
But I started somewhere
When I realized
A life without motion
Delivers a large size
Imagine a circle
Now sit inside
The circle has walls
When you sit you can hide
No one can see you
While on the floor
If you stand
Invisible no more
Stay on the floor
And build yourself up
No one is watching
While you fill up the cup
While on my mat
I’m all about me
That’s my circle
There’s nothing to see
The power within
Is what it’s about
And when you move
You’ll figure it out
It’s what’s in my head
It’s not how I look
It’s twenty past seven
I’m about to stand up
